The materials included here represent a useful sample of the available literature related to the content of the book and more generally to the various areas covered in the text. Many other people have significantly added to my thinking and understanding of human services agencies, organizations, the human factors associated with agency Management, and to the incorporating environment within which human services agencies develop and function.
